For physical health my score was 28 out of 40. My whole life I have always been active playing soccer. But in the past years since I no longer play competitive and train 7 times a week, my weight has always fluctuated. Due to my injuries I have been unable to be as active as I used to be. I still try to stay as active as I can be, but my knee tends to throw me back. Which would be a good example of “listening to my body,” I refuse to exert my knee to the point where I can re injure myself. With a background in soccer, warming up and cooling down has always been strategic and has become a natural action when working out or being involved in physical activities. As per sleep I get at least 5 hours of sleep a night. I feel for me this is enough as I have gotten in routine in sleeping the 5 hours, and if and when I sleep more then that I always feel that the next day I am tired and feel lazy.
