MY GOAL
"To gain my cardiovascular endurance and strengthen my leg muscles in 8 months so I can get back to playing competitive soccer"
My goal is to get back into shape so I can return to playing
competitive soccer. I would like to gain cardiovascular endurance and muscle
strength in my legs, so I can feel more stable and not run the risk of re-injuring
myself. I would like to do this in a span of 8 months, and return to
playing competitive soccer.
